What is Drevanto?

Drevanto is a business operating system for contractors and service businesses. It covers the path of a job: lead, customer, estimate, approval, schedule, materials, work, progress tracking, change orders, job costing, reports, and closeout.

Is Drevanto available today?

Drevanto is currently in an invite-only beta. You can apply to join the private beta and we'll follow up by email with next steps. The software itself is only available to entitled, signed-in testers. We don't publish a general availability date until it's confirmed.

What works in the current beta, and what doesn't?

Working today, locally on your device: Local / offline estimating with the Smart Estimate Builder and deterministic Instant estimates for supported work; Job Ready, Estimate Reviewer, and Margin Guardian checks; Customers, jobs, scheduling, materials, and locally recorded job costs; Manually reviewed plan and image measurements — you check the measurement, it is not automatic plan tracing; Local job photos and media, evidence-based Job Health, and reviewable company price books and assemblies; Reports; Local PDF / print of estimates. Not active in the current beta: Commercial proposals, customer portal, online approval, and e-signature; Live payment collection; Purchasing transmission to suppliers; Accounting export and invoicing; Live customer communications; Public Cloud sign-in and sync, and universal cross-device recovery (not available in the current beta); Cloud-linked field actions on jobs that are not Cloud-linked — those actions stay disabled. Job photos and media are local records on the device, not cloud-durable media. On Android, capture opens the phone's own camera from inside Drevanto and the attachment stays with the job on that device.

Who is Drevanto built for?

Contractors and service businesses—general contracting, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, remodeling, landscaping, cleaning, property maintenance, and similar trades.

Do I have to replace everything at once?

Accepted Answer

No. Most teams start with estimates and job tracking, then move scheduling and job costing over as they get comfortable.

How does Drevanto use AI?

Accepted Answer

Supported common jobs do not use generative AI at all: the Instant Estimate Engine is deterministic, and the certified Beta 2 runs made 0 generative-AI provider calls. AI-assisted drafting for unusual scopes and department assistants needs an external provider, and no provider is enabled in the current beta — that path is off. Sending, e-signature, payments, supplier ordering and billing are disabled in the beta as well, not simply awaiting approval.

Which platforms are available?

Windows and Android, for entitled testers only. Windows Beta 2 Build 17 (1.2.0-beta.2+17), signed by ARMM General llc, is available through the private signed-in download flow for entitled testers; full manual acceptance remains pending. On Android, version code 18 has been submitted for review on the private Founding 50 closed track and is not available yet, while version code 17 remains the build available to selected testers; full manual acceptance remains pending. No iOS app. Android testers enroll with the Google account admitted to the Founding 50 group, install from Google Play, then sign in with their approved Drevanto account.

What happens to my data?

Your business data is yours. In the current beta your work is stored locally on your device — public Cloud sign-in and sync are not available yet. We only use the information you submit on this site to run the beta program and to contact you about it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
