Estimating
Describe the work, answer governed Guided questions, and get an editable estimate — locally on your device, no connection required. Supported common jobs run through the deterministic Instant Estimate Engine with no generative-AI provider calls; unusual scopes route to an assisted workflow instead.
Estimate safeguards
Job Ready, Estimate Reviewer, and Margin Guardian check completeness, scope gaps, and margin before an estimate leaves your hands. Partial or invalid inputs cannot silently become confirmed project facts.
Customers & leads
Every contact, property, note, and past job in one record.
Approvals & e-sign
Print or save the estimate as a local PDF, get sign-off your usual way, and record the approval so the approved scope becomes the job baseline. Commercial proposals, customer portal, online approval, and e-signature are not active in the current beta.
Scheduling
Assign crews and subs and see the week on one calendar. Route-based dispatch is not part of the current beta.
Materials & purchasing
Plan materials against the approved scope and the canonical library so buying matches what you sold. Sending orders to suppliers is not active in the current beta.
Job management
Phases, checklists, and daily logs that keep a job moving without a phone tree.
Job costing, profit & reports
Labor, materials, and change orders tracked against budget while the job is live, with job and business-level reports.
Change orders
Price, document, and get approval for extra work before it eats the margin.
Invoicing & payments
Approved scope, change orders, and logged costs give you the number to bill from. In-app invoicing, live payment collection, and accounting export are not active in the current beta.
Documents & photos
Site photos and job media kept on the job record as local records on your device — not generic cloud-durable media.
Customer updates
Status updates and follow-ups drafted from real job data for you to review. Live customer communications are not active in the current beta.
Platforms
The same job record on Windows and Android. Windows Beta 2 Build 17 (1.2.0-beta.2+17), signed by ARMM General llc, is available through the private signed-in download flow for entitled testers; full manual acceptance remains pending. On Android, version code 18 has been submitted for review on the private Founding 50 closed track and is not available yet, while version code 17 remains the build available to selected testers; full manual acceptance remains pending. No iOS app. Public Cloud sign-in and sync are not available yet — your work stays on the device.
How Drevanto is tested
Testing and reliability, stated with limits
Drevanto runs its own certification program before a beta build is released to testers. The proof points below are the results we can publish safely, each with the scope it actually covers. Nothing here is a third-party audit, and nothing here is extrapolated beyond the run it came from.

Previous Windows Build 15 readiness closure
Historical Build 15 evidence only; it does not certify current Build 17. Sign-in certification on Build 15, uninstall, and full upgrade runs from older Windows builds were not covered, and one test environment is not every Windows device.

Accepted Android v12 physical-device run
A bounded result on the devices tested, not a crash-free guarantee or an all-device certification. Camera means Android's system capture flow launched from inside Drevanto, not media cloud sync. Newer Android artifacts are not certified by it.
