Help for Beta 2 testers
Drevanto Beta 2 is version 1.2.0-beta.2+17. Start here, and if it's still broken, send us a report.
Getting started
- Apply for beta access, then watch for approval from the Drevanto team.
- Sign in with the email address you applied with — beta access is tied to that address.
- Start with one real job: create the customer, run an estimate, then schedule the work.
Installation & upgrade
- The current invite-only Windows build is Build 17 (1.2.0-beta.2+17), signed by ARMM General llc. Windows is the primary tester platform.
- Windows: sign in at /download with the approved account your private invitation was granted to, then run the signed installer.
- To upgrade, close Drevanto, run the newer installer, and reopen.
- Android: version code 17 is the build available to selected testers on the private Closed testing — Founding 50 track. version code 18 has been submitted for review and is not available yet. Updates may take time to appear, and full manual acceptance remains pending. Enroll with the Google account admitted to the group, install from Google Play, then sign in with your approved Drevanto account.
Estimating
- Supported common jobs run through the Instant Estimate Engine and return a structured estimate quickly.
- If a scope isn't modeled yet, Drevanto routes it to an assisted workflow — that's expected, not an error.
- Use Job Ready and Estimate Reviewer before sending, and check Margin Guardian warnings.
- Estimates go out as a local PDF / print in the current beta.
Materials
- Materials come from the canonical library so units and naming stay consistent.
- If a material or unit looks wrong for your region or supplier, report it — that feedback improves the library.
- Sending orders to suppliers is not active in the current beta.
Jobs & scheduling
- Jobs carry scope, schedule, tasks, materials, actual costs, and photo / media attachments stored as local records on the device.
- Log labor and material costs as they happen so estimate-versus-actual stays accurate.
Beta limitations
- Not active in the current beta: commercial proposals, customer portal, online approval, e-signature, live payments, purchasing transmission, accounting export, invoicing, and live customer communications.
- Public Cloud sign-in and sync are not available yet — your work stays on the device, and field actions that need a Cloud-linked job stay disabled.
- Automatic Facebook / Instagram publishing is not enabled — posts stay local drafts.
- Physical measurement device certification is incomplete.
- Beta builds are pre-release and confidential; expect rough edges and occasional breaking changes.
Report a problem
Include your app version and platform (for example 1.2.0-beta.2+17, Windows), what you were doing, and what you expected. Please don't send passwords, access codes, or customer data you don't need to share.
