Instant Estimate Engine

Why wait for AI to figure out something Drevanto already knows?

Supported common jobs don't need a generative guess. Drevanto runs them through the Instant Estimate Engine — deterministic estimating built on Construction University knowledge, canonical materials, and labor — and returns a structured estimate almost immediately.

Supported work runs Instant
Many bounded, common construction workflows are already modeled. Those estimates are deterministic: same inputs, same structured result.
Unusual work routes assisted
When a scope falls outside what's modeled, Drevanto flags it for the hybrid / assisted review path instead of pretending it's a known job. The AI-assisted part of that path needs an external provider and is not enabled in the current beta.
Every estimate gets reviewed
Job Ready, Estimate Reviewer, and Margin Guardian check completeness and margin before the estimate leaves your hands.
You approve, always
Drevanto prepares the numbers, and nothing leaves without you. Sending, e-signature, payments, supplier ordering and billing are disabled in the current beta, so those steps do not run at all yet.

Instant estimating covers many common workflows, not every possible job. We'd rather tell you which is which than claim coverage we don't have.

How Instant Estimates work

You see the scope before you see a price

Drevanto shows what it assumed and what still needs verification, so the estimate isn't a black box. You confirm the handful of details that actually change the number.

One connected review

Build the estimate. Check the estimate. Protect the profit.

These aren't three separate tools you have to remember to run. Every estimate passes through the same review path, and what it finds is tied to the numbers you're about to hand a customer.

  1. Step 1

    Job Ready

Checks the estimate is actually complete — scope, quantities, and the details a job needs before it leaves your hands.

  2. Step 2

    Estimate Reviewer

Groups findings with the evidence behind them, so you fix real gaps instead of reading a wall of warnings.

  3. Step 3

    Margin Guardian

Holds the line on margin: flags pricing under your floor and shows what a cost increase would do to the job.

Why no free-form website demo?

The certified Instant Estimate Engine runs inside Drevanto, not on this website. Rather than simulate a native engine result in the browser, we show certified examples recorded from the real engine. For the actual editable product experience — on your own jobs — join the private Drevanto beta.
